Mooncake festival...
Another chinese festival that u get to eat....
Chinese love to eat don't they?
But the main purpose is not eating la....
Is about all the family members gather and spend time together..
Usually we will have our dinner together.
Before my grandma pass away...and when i m small...
we played lantern and candle...
but actually we r playing wif fire la.....
coz i don't find lantern interesting....
but it is beautiful if each ppl hold a lantern....
we "barbecued" pandan leaves and boil it with water to get it scent.
and the adults will sit together in the living room and chit chat.
then eat mooncake and enjoy the beauty of the moon.
This year, is quite different coz grandma is not here anymore.
we will be eating outside.
yesterday was my granduncle'birthday.
We went for dinner at "chui hang" restaurant.
the children are running around and playing crazily...
we, the teenagers sat at the table and chit chay and busy taking pic of ourself.
After the dinner, we rushed to my mother"s side family.
We went to my uncle's bungalow in taman segar.
his house was super cool. with a wide balcony and a air-conditioned room to play ping pong.
He even has a Kareaoke room . It would be super nice to watch movie in his wide screen tv there.
i played ping pong and badminton wif my cousin and some went to the kareaoke room to sing.
Played till 1.00a.m and went home.
It is fun to spend time wif family. coz they are dearest to us.
and trustable.
Hope the mooncake festival for every year would be that fun.
